Episode Summary
Sasuke surrenders to the seal's second stage — skin darkening, hand-shaped wings spreading, the borrowed power Orochimaru promised flooding in — and explains the Mangekyou math he's chasing: Itachi's eyes, and the rumor that killing your closest bond awakens them. Naruto realizes, mid-fight, that he is standing in the role of that bond. The Nine-Tails' chakra answers his desperation; the valley fills with red and violet. Two transformed boys, each become a little monstrous, square off for the exchange that ends Part 1.
