Sasuke and Sakura: Friends or Foes?

Team assignments drop, and fate has a sense of humor: Naruto is grouped with Sakura, who only has eyes for the third member — Sasuke Uchiha, the brooding top of the class Naruto despises. A stolen first kiss (via accidental headbutt), Sakura's crushing indifference, and a one-sided rivalry are all established before their jonin sensei even shows up — six hours late, to greet them with 'my first impression: I hate you.' Kakashi's introduction test is scheduled, with a warning: sixty-six percent of graduates fail.
