The Demon in the Snow

Haku's story ends in the snow. Moved by Naruto's furious sermon about what Haku meant to him, a one-armed Zabuza takes a kunai between his teeth and carves through Gato's mercenary line, killing the tyrant at the cost of his own body. Dying beside the boy he never allowed himself to call precious, the Demon of the Mist asks to see Haku's face one last time as snow falls over the bridge. Team 7 leaves the Land of Waves across a bridge that now bears Naruto's name.
