Eye of the Hawk

Eye of the hawk: Sasuke turns on Orochimaru. The Sannin, body failing, moves to claim Sasuke as his new vessel — and Sasuke, stronger than his teacher anticipated, reverses the absorption and consumes Orochimaru instead, sealing the snake within himself. The episode is the pupil surpassing and devouring the master, Sasuke free of the man who took him and ready to assemble his own team. He christens it Hebi, later Taka — Hawk — with one purpose: find and kill Itachi. The hunt's hunter steps fully into the light.
